  • All classes, memberships, and packages must be prepaid.

  • The Hive Pilates Studio is a cashless studio.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards only.

  • All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or outlined below.

4. Membership Agreement (Incorporated by Reference)

By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following Member Agreement terms:

Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis following the initial term unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Termination

  • All membership changes (including cancellation, freeze, upgrades, or downgrades) must be submitted in writing by emailing hello@thehivepilatesstudio.com.

  • Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Early termination of a fixed-term membership will result in a $50 administrative fee plus 50% of the remaining contract balance.

Cooling-Off Period

Members may cancel within 3 business days of enrollment without penalty. After this period, standard cancellation terms apply.

5. Membership Pauses

  • One complimentary pause per calendar year is allowed for up to 6 weeks.

  • Additional pauses are subject to the following fees:

    • Second pause: $50

    • Each additional pause: $100

  • All pauses extend the membership contract by the same duration.

  • Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your billing date.

6. Class Usage & Scheduling

  • Monthly membership classes do not roll over.

  • Members are limited to one class per day, unless otherwise specified.

  • Class schedules and instructors are subject to change. We will notify members of significant changes via email, text, or app notification.

7. Late Cancellation, No-Shows & Waitlists

  • Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to fees as outlined in our Studio Policies.

  • Arriving 5 minutes or more after class start time may result in forfeiting your spot and class credit for safety reasons.

  • Waitlisted classes: Once a member is moved from the waitlist into a class, that reservation is treated as a confirmed booking and is subject to the same late cancellation and no-show policies.

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Pilates and fitness activities involve inherent risk. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to engage in exercise and have consulted a medical professional if necessary.

Participation requires acceptance of our Liability Waiver and, where applicable, a Perinatal Waiver, releasing The Hive Pilates Studio and its staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
